Caring for the skin on our hands is very important for preventing aging. From the moment we wake up, we use our hands for everything, so we need to take very good care of them.

Taking care of the skin on our hands can sometimes be quite difficult, since we have to tend to them multiple times a day.

Vera Emilie

I’m sharing a few tips here that can help make this routine easier for you.

First of all, I think the most important thing is protecting our hands from the sun. After all, there is no point in taking basic care of the skin on our hands without protecting them from the sun.

when we do protect our skin from the sun, the care we take is far more effective.

I really like using sun-protective gloves because I find this to be a more practical way to protect the skin on my hands from harmful rays.

Whenever you come into contact with dish soap, laundry detergent, or any other chemical cleaning product, wash your hands with facial soap and immediately moisturize them thoroughly.

Exfoliate once a week,  it helps remove chemical residues from household cleaning products and makes the skin more receptive to skincare products.

You know that face mask you use? Try using it on your hands at least once a week; it will help brighten and hydrate the skin.

And finally, moisturize your hands about four times a day; this will greatly help the health of the skin on your hands.

I hope you enjoyed the tip, and I'll see you next time.

 Hello friends

Today, I’d like to talk to you about a very interesting topic: neck care.

Yes, we often have a skincare routine for our face, but we forget to take care of the skin on our neck.

We undoubtedly take care of the skin on our faces to slow down premature aging, so it is very important to include neck care in our skincare routine.

My tip is: whatever you do for the skin on your face, do the same for the skin on your neck.
This care routine includes:
  •  daily cleansing
  • daily moisturizing—I recommend moisturizing three to four times a day
  • You can use a mask once a week; I really like using clays mask because they help with hydration.
  • Exfoliate once a week. I really like homemade scrubs, and I’ve already shared a scrub recipe here on the blog.
I hope you enjoyed this tip; I believe the skin on your neck will really thank you, especially in the long run.
Leave a comment sharing your experience with neck skincare.

See you next time.

Hello girls and boys!

Today I want to talk to you about a skincare favorite of mine: castor oil.

İstanbul, İstanbul, Türkiye

Castor oil is a very powerful oil because it can hydrate the deeper layers of the skin, making it highly rejuvenating.

I invite you to incorporate castor oil into your skincare routine before bed;

Apply two to three drops, and before long, you’ll see your skin looking firmer, more hydrated, and more rejuvenated.

Don't forget to show the same care for your neck; apply three to five drops to the neck area and massage using circular motions.

I hope you enjoyed the tip, and see you next time.

Feeding your dog a natural diet can be a major challenge these days because you have to find the time to prepare it, but it can be one of the best options for maintaining your dog's health.

 Luis Quintero

Today I want to share with you some of the foods I give my dog.

Plain yogurt - is rich in probiotics and supports your dog's gut health;

you can offer your dog one tablespoon per 5 kg of body weight about three days a week.

Sardines, because they are rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and support your dog's overall health—especially for older dogs.

You can buy canned sardines. Wash them well to remove the oil and serve them to your dog; dogs generally love sardines.

If you regularly feed your dog red meat, opt for beef shank; it is rich in collagen, which supports joint health—especially if you have an older dog.

I usually switch my baby's formula once a week so as not to overburden the kidneys.

I hope you enjoyed this post, and I hope your baby loves their diet. 🐕🐶

 Hello my friend

If you’ve made it this far, it’s because you’re wondering if you can give coconut oil to your dog; the answer is yes, you can.

Coconut oil offers numerous benefits for dogs, and I’ll list some of them here.

Skin and Coat: Makes the coat softer and shinier. It is also excellent for moisturizing dry noses and paws.

Digestive Health: Aids in nutrient absorption and helps control bad breath by acting against bacteria in the mouth and stomach.

Immunity and Energy: Provides a quick energy boost and helps strengthen the dog's immune defenses.

Note: The overall diet must be balanced. Coconut oil is very high in calories, so a dosage of 6 grams is recommended for a dog weighing 10 kg—which amounts to about one teaspoon.

I hope you enjoyed the tip, and see you next time.

 Hello boys and girls!

In today's tip, I’d like to talk about facial exfoliation. Exfoliation is a crucial step in a skincare routine because it removes impurities from the skin, allowing your skincare products to penetrate more deeply and deliver better results.

I like using cornmeal granules because they are the ideal size and don't dissolve; you can exfoliate for quite a while without the grains melting away.

Incorporate exfoliation into your skincare routine—do it every two weeks—and you will see the results.

To do this skincare routine, you will need:

  • Two tablespoons of cornmeal,
  • a spoonful of vegetable oil,
  • and a generous amount of your favorite facial cleanser.

Moisten your skin first, apply the mixture, and gently massage it over your entire face using circular motions for about 2 to 4 minutes; then, rinse thoroughly.

I hope you enjoyed the tip, and see you next time.

  Hi boys and girls,

Today I want to give you a super quick but super effective tip.

I want to talk about the great benefits of apples for your skin. For a long time I've heard that eating apples and drinking apple peel tea is rejuvenating.

Recently, I had to follow an Asian-inspired diet, eating an apple on an empty stomach for 21 days to cure my gastritis. During this period, I noticed that my skin changed significantly, becoming firmer and more beautiful.

That's right, if you eat an apple every day on an empty stomach, your skin will become firmer because apple contain several benefits, including vitamins A, C, and stimulating collagen in the skin.

So my tip is to eat an apple every day; you can choose one first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or at night after dinner.

I hope you liked my tip and let me know if it worked for you.

kisses
