If you’re looking for a really moist, dark chocolate cake, this is the perfect recipe for you.

You know those days when all you want is a chocolate cake packed with rich chocolate flavor?

Yes, this is the recipe!

Let's get started; you'll need the following ingredients:

three eggs,

1 cup of sugar

3/4 of a cup of oil

1 cup of wheat flour

1 cup of chocolate powder

1 cup of hot milk

a spoonful of baking powder

How to do it :

Mix the oil, eggs, and sugar until the mixture is smooth (you can use a blender if you like)

Then mix the flour and the chocolate (sift both of them)

Then mix in the hot milk - the mixture will become liquid—don't worry.

And finally, mix in the baking powder. Place in the preheated oven.

Let it bake for about 25 to 40 minutes, depending on your oven.

If you want to add the sauce, I'll leave another post here for you to make the chocolate topping.

I wish you a very cozy day, enjoying a delicious, dark, and rich chocolate cake.

 Bye-bye,

and see you in the next post!

Caring for underarm skin can be challenging, but it is important, especially for preventing sagging in that area.

To prevent underarm sagging, you can follow a few simple steps that will make a significant difference to the skin in that area over time;

  • First, you can choose to use soaps specifically designed for the underarm area; nowadays, there are many soaps on the market formulated to lighten underarms and prevent sweat and odor.

  • Moisturize your underarms daily before bed by applying cream and gently massaging the area for about 1 to 2 minutes; this stimulates collagen production in that area. As I mentioned, doing this over time will make a huge difference.

  • Exfoliate every two weeks. The underarms are a very delicate part of the body, so be very gentle when exfoliating; exfoliation stimulates collagen production in the area, which will firm up your skin over time.

  • Keeping underarm skin firm requires a combination of physical activities; you can do targeted exercises at least three times a week. Speaking of skin firmness, I’ve already shared a tip here on the blog—the apple tip—that helps with skin firmness.

I hope you enjoyed it; see you next time.

Hi everyone! It is really hot here in Brazil, so I decided to share a really cool recipe with you that I make for my dog—and he absolutely loves it: ice cream for dogs.

It's a very easy recipe you can make on hotter days to treat your little friend.

To make this recipe, you will need only two ingredients.

  • a cup of plain yogurt
  • a fruit your dog prefers - I'm going to use a banana.

Place both ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth, then pour into ice cube trays and place in the freezer for about 6 hours.

I hope you and your little friend enjoy this recipe.

See you next time—bye-bye!

As pet parents, we aren't prepared for this—yes, they have aged.

Today, I want to share my experience of caring for a senior dog with you.

The first tip concerns diet;

This is perhaps the most important factor for your dog to live a long life.

Investing in high-quality dog food is very important, or you can choose to feed your dog natural food.

Here on the blog, I’ve already shown how to make natural food for dogs; if you feed your dog dry kibble, you can include a mix of half dry kibble and half homemade wet food in their diet.

Look into high-quality food for senior dogs, as there is already a wide variety of options on the market for dogs aged 7 and older.

The next step regarding outdoor excursions

If you have a very busy routine and can only take your dog for an outdoor walk for 10 minutes a day, believe me—it will make a huge difference for him.

Avoid repetitive outings; whenever possible, vary the places you visit. This will stimulate your cognitive activity.

Teaching new games during this stage of his life

Is very important for cognitive stimulation; you can teach your dog to shake hands, buy toys that dispense food, or play fetch—all of these activities will help stimulate his cognitive function.

Stimulating their cognitive abilities will prevent or delay dementia-related issues, which can be common in older dogs.

Take care of your kidneys

Offer clean, fresh water at least four times a day.

Whenever possible, offer fruits like watermelon and melon, as they have a high water content and will hydrate him.

I hope you enjoyed these tips! Feel free to share with me how you care for your senior dog—I’d love to know.

See you next time!

Do you like having breakfast with your dog? I love it too.

If you’re a dog lover like me and want to have them with you for every activity, today’s post is for you.

My tip for today is how to make a banana pancake to enjoy with your pet.

This recipe is very versatile because you can make it for yourself to eat, and your pet can eat it too, since it is very healthy.

  • For this recipe, you will need an egg or a banana and four or five spoonfuls of oats;
  • mix everything together and cook in a frying pan until done.

I hope you enjoyed the recipe.

Bye-bye, and see you next time.

Caring for the skin on our hands is very important for preventing aging. From the moment we wake up, we use our hands for everything, so we need to take very good care of them.

Taking care of the skin on our hands can sometimes be quite difficult, since we have to tend to them multiple times a day.

Vera Emilie

I’m sharing a few tips here that can help make this routine easier for you.

First of all, I think the most important thing is protecting our hands from the sun. After all, there is no point in taking basic care of the skin on our hands without protecting them from the sun.

when we do protect our skin from the sun, the care we take is far more effective.

I really like using sun-protective gloves because I find this to be a more practical way to protect the skin on my hands from harmful rays.

Whenever you come into contact with dish soap, laundry detergent, or any other chemical cleaning product, wash your hands with facial soap and immediately moisturize them thoroughly.

Exfoliate once a week,  it helps remove chemical residues from household cleaning products and makes the skin more receptive to skincare products.

You know that face mask you use? Try using it on your hands at least once a week; it will help brighten and hydrate the skin.

And finally, moisturize your hands about four times a day; this will greatly help the health of the skin on your hands.

I hope you enjoyed the tip, and I'll see you next time.

 Hello friends

Today, I’d like to talk to you about a very interesting topic: neck care.

Yes, we often have a skincare routine for our face, but we forget to take care of the skin on our neck.

We undoubtedly take care of the skin on our faces to slow down premature aging, so it is very important to include neck care in our skincare routine.

 Polina Tankilevitch

My tip is: whatever you do for the skin on your face, do the same for the skin on your neck.
This care routine includes:
  •  daily cleansing
  • daily moisturizing—I recommend moisturizing three to four times a day
  • You can use a mask once a week; I really like using clays mask because they help with hydration.
  • Exfoliate once a week. I really like homemade scrubs, and I’ve already shared a scrub recipe here on the blog.
I hope you enjoyed this tip; I believe the skin on your neck will really thank you, especially in the long run.
Leave a comment sharing your experience with neck skincare.

See you next time.
